After you fill out your trip design form, we will set up a complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call for us to get to know you better and answer any questions. We will discuss any applicable design or planning fees, next steps, and an estimated timeline for planning. If you decide to work with us (yay!), you'll then pay the trip planning fee and we can move on to Step 2.
Book and Confirm
Once your itinerary is designed the way you like, we'll begin booking. Depending on how far away from the trip we book, only a deposit may be required to start confirming services. Make sure to provide any frequent flier numbers, TSA Precheck/Global Entry, and passport numbers. Then it's time to get excited and start thinking about what you'll be packing!
Research, Design, and Create
We begin our research and leverage our worldwide connections to design a trip that is just for you based on your needs and preferences. We typically like to present you with more than enough options so you can see what the possibilities are. Your feedback is crucial to make sure we are going in the right direction, and we will continue revising the itinerary until it's perfect.
You'll receive a pre-departure email 30 days and 7 days prior to your trip with reminders and last minute tips. We will be available to you anytime while you are traveling, and we will also be providing you with any emergency phone numbers so our on the ground partners can assist you expediently should an urgent issue arise. We can't wait to hear about your experience once you return!
